Cornwall Generator hire trucks and generators

About Exeter Generator Hire

Exeter Generator Hire is proudly run by the dynamic duo, Paul and Leoni, who are celebrating their 12th year of providing top-quality generator hire in Exeter and across Devon. They also own and run Cornwall Generator Hire as well, but despite the challenges faced by the events industry in the past couple of years, they have continued to thrive and ensure that events in the region have the power they need.

Paul the electrician

Let’s meet Paul, the brilliant electrician behind it all. With a strong background in electrical maintenance and technical installations, Paul’s expertise is unmatched. Having started his career in the family business, he quickly discovered his passion for stage and event electrical work. Working on everything from small festivals to huge headline acts, he realized there was a gap in the market for a reliable independent business that could provide temporary power for events, regional festivals, and weddings. And that’s how Exeter Generator Hire was born, with Paul’s trusty companions, Walter and Albert – a pair of 50 KVA generators.

But Paul’s vision goes beyond just supplying generators. He understands the importance of creating a captivating ambience around the event space. With his keen eye for detail, he often surprises customers by enhancing the surroundings with carefully placed lighting. Picture returning to the site after an installation, only to find the trees illuminated in vibrant colours, adding a touch of magic to the whole experience.

Leoni, event coordinator and customer care

Now, let’s turn our attention to Leoni, the heart and soul of Exeter Generator Hire. In charge of customer care and event coordination, Leoni brings a personal touch to every event. Her genuine passion for people, organizational skills, and commitment to providing exceptional customer care make her an invaluable asset. When you choose Exeter Generator Hire, you’re not just getting equipment; you’re getting a dedicated partner who treats your event as if it were her own. Leoni goes above and beyond to alleviate the pressure by liaising with suppliers and ensuring seamless coordination with marquee suppliers and catering teams. Her wealth of event management experience becomes evident when assisting customers with ticketed events. Leoni is always ready to share her knowledge, offering valuable tips and advice to event organizers.

And let’s not forget the other members of our incredible team! Harry, who honed his skills under Paul’s wing, supports the electrical installations and maintenance with impeccable attention to detail. Georgia, our social media guru, brings our stories to life and keeps our online presence buzzing. And then there’s Adz, our reliable transport provider during the busy summer season, ensuring everything arrives safely and on time.

At Exeter Generator Hire, we’re more than a team – we’re a family. Together, we bring expertise, creativity, and exceptional service to every event we power. Join us on this electrifying journey.
